July 1, 2020 marks the debut of the new CosyTour website. This novelty is part of the celebration of the 10th anniversary of CosyTour that will take place in 2021, and is part of a series of initiatives that aim to adapt our offer to the digital media that society offers us.
Aware of our shortcomings at this level, we rolled up our sleeves and went to work, always with a single purpose: the satisfaction of our customers.
In a vast work, developed in partnership with our marketing and information systems consultant, Troqua, Lda, we started a total restructuring of our presence on digital channels, the most visible step of which has now been reached with the launch of the new page from CosyTour.
This is just the beginning, because much more needs to be done. Starting today, we will be consolidating, introducing more languages on our website and other features that we are sure will provide added value to our customers.
Soon we also intend to introduce a new business area that we started in March of this year, it is the Management of Local Accommodation, that is, accommodation owned by our customers, which CosyTour, in partnership with Troqua, Lda, manages in all areas. business aspects (Cleaning, maintenance, check-in and check-out, bureaucracy, promotion and management of occupation and monitoring calendar, using a technological interface that allows our customers to monitor everything that happens with their property).
There are several projects in the field of tourism and leisure that CosyTour focuses on, with the usual focus on the satisfaction of our customers and always with the aim of “being worthy of the trust placed in us”.
